Current Employee – been working at Amazon.com as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – The team I supported (Instant Video and Digital Music) was very collaborative and very involved with the business. Willing to share ideas and end result of getting the best hires for Amazon
Cons – Very competitive across the recruiting org, some in the recruiting functions willing to work as a team, others not so much.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
