ProsGreat training, latest equipment, good start out pay, great people to work with

ConsFamily referrals for employment( husband manager, wife in a different management position as well). Managers and.leads are not coordinated, no chance of advancement Empty promises, customer obsession should be declared as psychological analysis of frustrated individuals. Metric system is totally inaccurate . Long working hours, enforced shift bids, hardly any vacation time can be taken....

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep on outsourcing and see the results in a few years.Cant have people in India, South Africa and the Philippines taking care of re occurring problems just because you want to go cheap
