    Pros

The flight benefits and fringe benefits are top notch. The flexibility of work schedule makes for ease in planning getaways. The mornings give you most of the day to get other things done.

    Cons

The two shifts have you working really early or late. The support of supervisors and leads agents can be fickle. When weather hits, you have massive lines of people angry with you.

    Advice to Management

Stick to the rules or don't make them so inflexible.

    Pros

if you work hard you get rewarded good benefits.

    Cons

just like any other job know you learn as you go.

    Advice to Management

Let employess do the job and reward the hard workers? at least let them know how you feel when they do work hard.
