Employee benefits - health, dental, RRSP, Stock options
On site conveniences - convenience store, gym, masseuse
Opportunities for advancements with courses (dependent on leader)

Cons

HR's inconsistent approach to reporting leaders and associated discrepancies
Heavy focus on level within the organization with subsequent blocking of employees' advancement

Advice to ManagementAdvice

An employee's worth should be dependent on his / her successes and productivity and not based on a "band" level within the hierarchy.

    great training. Great hours. work life balance in place... Loved my responsibilities.

    Deeply saddened by the games and hypocrisy of some of the management.

    look beyond the differences between yourself and your hires. Keep your religious views and judgements to yourself.
