Okay place to work

Washington, DC (US)

Former Employee – worked at American Institutes for Research

ProsPeople are friendly and very social
Managers were positive and always willing to give feedback.
Diverse staff

ConsNot too much respect for personal time. Expect employees to work all hours (come in in the middle of the night; every weekend) for little pay. Hurry up and wait mentality. While a diverse staff is great, much of the staff spoke very little English making it difficult to communicate.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on better communication amongst staff

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
