“Large company with some stuffy legacy constraints, but overall wonderful benefits and people.”
Former Employee – worked at AmerisourceBergen full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Hundreds of locations. Awesome and varied benefits. Good pay. Great connections. Many opportunities. Valuable stock.
Cons – Still experiencing merger/legacy issues from about 10 years ago. Very large company that can be stifling for some with it's strict approach to many issues. Management style can be uptight.
Advice to Senior Management – Allow for more work flexibility options.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
