Pros – The pay and benefits are very competitive. Excellent training. Management is friendly but keeps employees motivated.

Cons – Very demanding of your time and attention. Often asked to work double your scheduled hours and are frowned upon if you don't.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the ggod work for the most part.
