“One of the best company where I faced the best work culture”
Former Employee – worked at Applied Materials full-time for more than a year
Pros – 1) Convenient work time.
2) Process oriented
3) Well trained mangers with decency...
4) Only one thump rule no escalation of work ..
Cons – If implemented in all teams would have made best company to work in india.
Advice to Senior Management – Some managers are people oriented, mangers being people oriented shall be rectified.
