Pros – - Opportunity to work on leading edge technology of today and to contribute in creating technology of tomorrow in the area of semiconductor manufacturing and related domains
- Global exposure
- Working closely with customer and their priorities

Cons – - Not a paymaster
- Specialized field with very few noticeable player in market so skills learnt may not be trnasferrable

Advice to Senior Management – To focus on strategy that can grow company, have implication on market share gain and ultimately our stocks get valued better
