Pros – Personal enviroment, high performing sales team, high standards, constant training and improvement program
Good wages, excellent incentive and comm program
All staf receive company iPhone and iPad, flexible working arranagement
Central location
Team enviroment, productive office space, lots of light

Cons – Would not suit people looking for big marble receptions or who like large companies with heavy structure
