Excellent work/life balance
Non hierarchical structure
A lot of very good knowledge
Some very talented technical people

Cons

Some arrogance amongst those that have been here for many years.
Difficult to get promoted
Bonuses and pay increases are not always merit based
A lot of outsourcing activities happening

Doing mostly a good job, but communication could be better.

    Great people to work with in the organisation that are committed to providing a good service to clients.

    Draconian legacy technology. Currently squeezing profit by cutting resources - and will inevitability hire the people not long after.

    Actually care what the people say, rather than just blindly making decision about products without any though if there any good.
