I worked at Auto Club of Southern California full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThe pay and benefits are excellent. They even have a pension plan in addition to the 401k.

ConsIn the sales environment there is a disconnect between the district offices and the headquarters.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees.
