“Boring, easy job with low compensation”
Current Employee – been working at Avis Budget full-time for less than a year
Pros – full-time positions almost always available
will hire almost anyone who can pass a urinalysis
do not need a degree of any sort
some great people work for Avis
easiest job
Cons – the company does not value their employees
little to no recognition for hard work (or poor work)
low pay
located in airports usually, probably home to the grouchiest people in the universe
Advice to Senior Management – Reward those who work hard, punish those who do not. Smile.
