Great Company to work for

Teller (Current Employee) Dallas, TX (US)

ProsExtremely flexible with scheduling. Great part-time job for a student. Plenty of room growth within the company as long as you can meet your referral goals.

ConsBe ready to be micromanaged, and expect to be held accountable for referrals even for a part time employee.

Advice to Senior ManagementAssign jobs and let each employee carry them out. If the job is not being done, then and only then step in a take control.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
