Former Employee – worked at Bank of America part-time for less than a year

Pros – The Operations Representative position offers a great part-time income. The location and 5 paid weeks training were also a plus. The benefits were good and there is a gym in the building for employees.

Cons – Only con for me was fluctuating shift ending times. Sometimes I clocked on time and others 2-3 hours later due to work load.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
