Pros

The Operations Representative position offers a great part-time income. The location and 5 paid weeks training were also a plus. The benefits were good and there is a gym in the building for employees.

Cons

Only con for me was fluctuating shift ending times. Sometimes I clocked on time and others 2-3 hours later due to work load.

    Pros

Flexible work hours and tuition reimbursement is offered to those who are pursuing a business degree. Paid holidays off, and not strenuous work or heavy/stressful workload.

    Cons

Very political, depends on the banking center manager. Some centers have managers who micro-manage. Not much room for growth into the corporation, just into the banking centers/frontline.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your employees happy and reward them for their excellent work.
