    They track your performance so you can move up quickly if you are good

    Too much BS like at every big company.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on growing. Pay top performers better. Sometimes the difference in pay between the best personal banker and a average in just a few thousand dollars.

    Pros

    The corporation cares and listens to feedback from associates. The company is constantly looking for ways to make banking more efficient. Leaders are thoroughly trained on how to set goals and coach effectively. Sales staff are training extensively on sales process.

    Cons

    System updates sometimes cause outages, limited contingency plan causes chaos for employees. Some associates may have to wait a long time to be promoted because of lack of opportunities or staffing cuts.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure associates are always the first to know about changes, don't let our customers be the ones to tell us. Create a position between Assistant Manager and Banking Center Manager that is salary and has more access and abilities in banking centers where needed.
