I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

It is a very large company with opportunities in fields that would not normally be associated with a bank.

Cons

The workload is sometimes more than average and it is a very metric driven company. The metrics can come off as micro managing.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Big organization with ample opportunities, and it becomes more international in the past few years. Easy to change jobs within the organization

    Cons

network is as important as skill set if not more. The departments are very much focused in their own world, and sometime it is not very easy to navigate the organization
