Pros – Great, friendly staff who are a pleasure to work with and who appreciate the importance of a good work/life balance

Cons – Compensation and benefits are not to the standard that is available elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management – Different sectors of the bank should be treated differently dependent upon performance
