    I have been working at Barnes & Noble

    Pros

    Working for a well known company. Their HR department really cares about their employees.

    Cons

    not much growth for non-management position. The salary is not that great like other companies.

    Increase in salary and give bonus to all employees.

    Hours are very tight. Losing benefits for part time workers.

    DM should spend more than 4 hours a month in the store and listen to entire staff not just a few select staff.
