“Great! I love working at Bayside!”
Current Employee – been working at Bayside Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Its a great company culture! Everyone trains you really well and they take their time to help you. The commission structure is great and if you work hard you can see quick results! I love it!
Cons – It takes hard work, but the payoff is great if you have a good attitude and good work ethic.
Advice to Senior Management – I like the how management is supportive in allowing you to choose your career path. Great Managment. I love it here.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
