Former Employee – worked at Bed Bath & Beyond full-time for more than a year

Pros – on going trainning... the means of level that all associate go to, to keep that custmers business. none like any other retailers!..

Cons – constant need for me to help everyone in their dept and then i can't get my work done.

Advice to Senior Management – Store mgrs please don't take your I/C person for granted, as they do soo much more then what u actually see.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
