    Pros

    The Scheduling can be very flexible for any situation, Great people to work with on the floor and off, Company recognizes having fun at work can be important too, Every day is different, Good Benefits, discounts, medical, vision, dental, 401k, stock, and tuition assistance, Career opportunities to grow with the company.

    Cons

    At times systems can go down at the worst times making life difficult or information that comes from corporate doesn't quite match reality, Unfortunately, once in awhile the customers being dealt with can be hostile for no reason too

    Continue paying attention to your sales associates. They are the driving force and so far you are doing a very good job.
