Former Employee – worked at BlackRock full-time for more than a year

Pros – Friendly atmosphere, hard working but fun.

Cons – Remains very NY-centric, and people will often refer decisions to senior management even if it is within their remit.

Advice to Senior Management – de-centralise management - there are good people outside NY who can get the job done.
