I worked at Body Shop full-time for more than a year

Pros – employee discount, meeting new people and playing with makeup

Cons – management with their heads up their butts, district manager that belittles people. Struggling company

Advice to Senior Management – pay better, recruit better

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
