Pros

Good work/life balance, great co workers,

The product made save lives, and that feels great.

Cons

Very top heavy and constant lay offs and re-organizations make the company seem unstable. We 4th CEO in 5 years started recently adding to this. Pay is average, it is good to keep an open eye ot postings to move up.
