I have been working at Bridgepoint Education full-time for more than a year

Pros – Cutting edge technology, great employees and talented engineers. Management is not just another layer added for process but helpful and qualified.

Cons – Need a better plan for consistancy across state lines. Educational depth is lacking in that there are not technical competencies. Benefits are good but not stellar.

Advice to Senior Management – On the software the side tech leads and managers are highly qualified and willing to work with team members of all walks to get things done without sacrificing quality.
