Great place for a student to gain real work experience

Pros-Easy to get a job with no experience
-Bosses are usually great mentors who want to help you gain relevant experience
-Very understanding of school schedules, with most jobs working completely around your needs

Cons-Low pay. Really low pay, but the experience gained is worth more than the money you get.
-Coworkers often won't pull their weight.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep hiring undergraduate students. It's the perfect complement to their studies, and makes them much more attractive to employers.
