I have been working at Brink's, Incorporated full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Some flexible work schedules(also work from home). Good co-workers

    Cons

Salary could be better. These guys are re-engineering the whole company every now and then, and no clear path can be set beyond 3-4 years. This causes constant changes and laid-offs, of course affecting the morale, and overall performance. Since they fire people, they expect the remaining ones to takes the duties of the fired one without thinking on your work-life balance. They are reducing workforce on the bottom part of the pyramid while big managers and directors(the ones causing the whole collapse in first place) are simply moved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are making mistakes of the past. These super regions are not the answer; people will work more and with personnel reduction, you can expect all to be understaffed. This has happened before.
Also, all managers seem to think that the rest of the world works like United States. Let me tell you something: it is not that way at all. Business is done in different ways all over the globe. Stop doing one-size-fits-all plans.
If you keep ignoring cultures in countries you will lose business.
