I worked at Broadridge full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Management has open door policy and also believes that growth of company is also linked to growth of employes
Cons – Even though Management has open door policy , it is unable to solve the problem expressed based on the outcome/that has transpired with during the one on one's.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
