Current Employee – been working at Broadridge full-time
Pros – The company has personal development programs to help you achieve personal goals in your career. Also there is a lot of recognition.
Cons – The payroll department is pretty bad with making mistakes, so you have to keep an eye on your electronic pay stubs. Also perks such as tuition reimbursement and gym reimbursement are outsourced, and there are lots of problems with them.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
