    I have been working at Bruegger's part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    flexible hours as stores do not stay open late
    fun environment with customers and working in food industry
    mangers are good and truly care about employees

    Cons

    starting time is 5 am so it is tough if you arent a morning person
    big focus on controling waste, but it is challenging to do

    This company does not care about retention. Great place to work part time. Leave after 1 year or be stuck in a dead end

    I have been working at Bruegger's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great people, flexible hours, shared tips (expect aproximately $1.00 for every hour you work).

    Cons

    Very little room for advancement. Only the general manager and assistant general manager work 40 hours per week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in employee retention. Provide incentives for people who work 6 months or more, 20 hours or more per week.
