Pros – People are incredibly smart and driven. Teamwork is prized and is important to create in a cross-functional, matrixed, decentralized organization.
Cons – Information is always power and the decentralized nature of the company ensures that information does not flow easily among constituencies. Process is a lousy concept at Bunge.
