very political enviornment to say the least

Prospay was good and some of the people were alright

Consif you are not wanting to play the game and brown nose you will not get ahead

    Great platform, poor local management

    Pros: Great source of knowledge, lots of intelligent people good view… Cons: Really don't take care of employees who are not 'major' producers while letting the big producers get away with inappropriate… Advice to Senior Management: Very top heavy model, learn to invest in the next… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Disappointed by the lack of potential for growth
