job diversity, nice group of co-workers

Cons

Mexican owned, loyalty to americans is not very good, pay is not comparable to job duties

    If you work in certain teams it can be a good rewarding experience but if you are in certain others it is a grind.

    Pros

    Benefits and pay are comparatively good and the work load is varied. You are given a lot of responsibility very quickly.

    Cons

    Lots of politics and the pressure to conform to the senior management expectation of giving your whole life in service to the company means little to no work/life balance. Saw many colleagues become 'sick' with stress while working there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You will get more productivity out of people if you allow them recharging time and some life balance. Also some of the senior leadership have temper tantrums which is no example to set for the culture.
