“Good people, OK coworkers”
Current Employee – been working at CGI Federal
Pros – CGI offers a very good work-life balance, with very understanding management.
Unlimited sick days and in general a good sense of team.
Cons – Commutes often split between Fairfax, VA and Washington, DC.
There is a lot of tolerance for sub-standard employees which can be frustrating under tight deadlines.
Advice to Senior Management – Probably time to revisit the mission of CGI FederaI. The current strategy of milking profit from T&M contracts is going to result in a deprecation of the company brand.
