“Beltway Bandits”
Former Employee – worked at CHF full-time for more than a year
Pros – Field staff are incredible, people are wonderful, smart & caring.
Cons – Rife with internal politics, lack of vision for staff and their futures, absolutely no concern for actual impact apart from questionable donor reporting indicators, a white man's club.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
