Former Employee – worked at CLP Resources

Pros – If you're in the right area, the bonuses are great. A pretty mindless job; we were just glorified babysitters.

Cons – Corporate cutbacks kept getting worse after LaborReady bought CLP. They took away all the fun stuff like petty cash and paid vacations for the Top-10 in each position. New health plan sucks.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop being such cheapasses - it'll do wonders for morale.
