    The company is well established and has targets that push the team to increase the funds for research and development.

    Cons

    The current location is not ideal as it cannot be see by the public very easily.

    Pros

    The majority of the staff are great...

    Cons

    ...however there are some that aren't so nice that really shouldn't be working there. For example one of them said that he sacked me because "I would not fit in" - exactly the problem that those with Asperger's Syndrome have.
