“Room for Improvement”
Former Employee – worked at Cardinal Health full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – This comapny provided a Good Benefits pkg
Cons – Lack of employee focus - Provided no job training. A company that desires its Management to be successful values formal training and development.
Advice to Senior Management – This company could be much more employee focused
