“Pros and Cons to work at Catalyst Paper”
Current Employee – been working at Catalyst Paper
Pros – Big company, no overtime and a place to have work and life balance
Cons – No professional development and advance opportunity for growth
Advice to Senior Management – recognize the value of key employees and offer opportunity for growth and advancement
