I have been working at Chase part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent hours and above minimum wage. Opportunity for sales incentives. Decent work life balance.

    Cons

Experience depends on what manager you have. You will either love your job or hate your life. Make sure you know you're getting a good one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that all managers have the training and communication skills that are needed when working with a team. Give employees more opportunities to review their managers, not just their direct supervisors.

I have been working at Chase

    Pros

I think Chase is a pretty decent company to work for. The benefits are good and the salary is decent.

    Cons

It is a sales and customer service oriented job. Unfortunately, the money you can make is largely dependent on the branch you work in.
