Former employee reviewing Cheniere Energy

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Houston, TX (US)

I worked at Cheniere Energy

ProsGood management, great compensation and benefits, and a lot of room to move vertically or horizontally.

ConsNot a lot of teamwork between departments. Future of cheniere and where the company is headed is unknown. Work/life balance for most employees is great but longer hours during crunch time or after layoffs. A lot of politics.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake playing field fair. More communication interdepartmentally.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
