    I worked at Chevron full-time

    Pros

Fair wages, Global exposure. Fortune 50 company.

    Cons

Big company that swallows up smaller, employee-owned businesses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be cautious. ALL upper management WILL get replaced by corporate cronies, regardless of what is promised at the time of acquisition.
