    Great professional peers,
    interesting assignments,
    Life and Work balance

    Shut up or Move Out approach.
    Lots of favoritism, nepotism.
    Smear campaigns

    Continue flex schedule to attract best and brightess
    Continue encouraging healthly life style
    Continue promoting health events like Houston Marathon

    Improve transparency to current used employee ranking system
    Ensure project managers follow fair and transparent dispute resolution processes rather than using those to force employees out
    Ensure harrassment processes actually substantiate harrassment claims rather than using it as an intimidation tool against some employees

    Pros

    Job satisfaction and security, opportunity to meet the energy needs of the world, chevron also encourages diversity in the work place.

    Cons

    Employment opportunities are limited and there could be sluggish career progression, the contract staff are not well taken care of much like their colleagues.

    More investments in profit yielding and employment generating ventures should be made.
