I have been working at Chrysler

    Pros

The environment at chrysler was really nice. You manager and direct are very nice, and they are very happy to help you get started

    Cons

I do not think there are much down side of Chrysler, if there is, I would say giving more optional assignment to the intern who work there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the leadership mangers, or director at Chrysler are great. We had a few meeting with the CIO that talks about the experiences of the past, CIO was really open to give us any answer that we asked.

Work balance not even betwen corporate expectations and real life at a plant

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Favortism is too obvious, balance and equal opportunitiies for all is not happening.
