I have been working at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great in giving people opportunity if they are willing and committed to work hard, enormous education opportunities (internal and external).

Cons

Question on executive promotions and the executive leadership team, would need a big change to get back to the attractive employer it once was. The biggest issue is the complete lack of internal knowledge management.
