    Pros

    Good welfare and pay package.
There will always be experts or SMEs around to ask for help.
Some bosses will be generous in developing you but they expect a lot more.

    Cons

Some colleagues may be a little proud.
Somewhat elitist environment. Not for the under achievers.

    Advice to Management

Be all rounded in terms of assessing your candidates.
