I worked at Citi as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

lots of resources, good management, cutting-edge technology, very talented people. Overall it was a good experience, However i did not like the specific division on which I was working on and also I felt it was a little unorganized.

Cons

I did not really like the projects I was working on. I did not see as much opportunity to grow professionally and advance in my career.

I worked at Citi full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great culture. Casual dress environment. Many opportunities to earn overtime. good cheap benefits available. Opportunities for fun on the citi campus. Nice cafeteria. Workout room available.

    Cons

I had a work schedule from 1-10 pm so I didn't enjoy that. Management was always down your throat to push people to pay. Newsflash no one is going to pay a delinquent home depot bill. This just absolutely wasn't the job for me, but some people do just fine with it and are actually good at it. So I wouldn't discourage anyone from applying. Heavy sales and persuasion skills will be vital for success in this position.
