Current Employee – been working at Citi full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Experience and development opportunities are plentiful.
Cons – Advancement opportunities do not come along very often and the compensation structure is deplorable. They grossly underpay internal hires.
Advice to Senior Management – Compensate talent to retain them
