Former Employee – worked at Clearwire full-time for more than a year

Pros – The culture is pretty decent and there is good work/life balance.

Cons – middle-management (and possibly upper management) are idiots, in my opinion. It is impossible to get things done and the top is very closed off. The pay is terrible and you could probably find a much better job than this place.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
